1. The service

LabelCraft (labelcraft.org) is a multi-tenant audio and text annotation platform operated by “CREA7IVEAI” MChJ (LLC), TIN 312183067, a company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It lets organizations and individuals upload audio and text, create and review transcriptions and annotations through a structured annotator/reviewer/manager workflow, use optional AI-assisted transcription, and track team analytics. By using LabelCraft you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You can sign up for an account yourself, or an organization can create one for you as its member. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service; it is a professional tool and is not directed at children. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to process.
• Upload unlawful, malicious, or infringing content.
• Attempt to breach security, access other organizations’ data, or disrupt the service.
• Resell or provide access to the service to third parties without our agreement.

Anyone can report content that violates this policy to labelcraft.org@gmail.com. We review such reports promptly and remove violating content where appropriate.

4. Your content

Customers own the audio and text they upload and the annotations and transcriptions they create. We claim no ownership of customer content. We process it only to provide the service — including, when enabled by the customer, sending audio to third-party AI model APIs for transcription — and as described in our Политика конфиденциальности. AI-generated transcriptions are drafts produced by machine-learning models: they may contain errors and are intended for human review through the platform’s annotation workflow, not for use as-is.

5. Our intellectual property

The LabelCraft platform — its software, design, and branding — is owned by CREA7IVEAI. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any rights in the platform itself.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or suspend the service for maintenance or improvements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREA7IVEAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the customer paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Customers may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, customer content is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
